AllOne Charities was created to provide charitable funding in Northeastern and North Central Pennsylvania.  AllOne Foundation and AllOne Charities are two distinct organizations with separate funding priorities and processes.

Health Care, Human Services, Education & Disease Prevention

AllOne Charities funds are used to help sustain local and regional, non-profit organizations, whose initiatives help to address some of Northeastern and North Central Pennsylvania’s most pressing health challenges.

AllOne Charities potential programs and projects that are collaborative and innovative are strongly preferred. Grants from AllOne Charities generally range from $5,000 to $50,000.

There are two grant cycles per calendar year. The application process begins by submitting a Letter of Interest.

AllOne Charities considers solution-based and evidence-based programs in the following general areas:


Health Care

  • Improve the health and well-being of all, especially women and children

  • Improve access to and delivery of Behavioral Health and Mental Health services

  • Improve access to health care for the under-insured and uninsured

Human Services

  • Enhance the well-being and healthy development of children

  • Enhance access to nutritional food to those most in need

  • Improve navigation of health care services for the elderly and those with special needs


  • Community-based programs that prevent disease and improve health and wellness

Disease Prevention

  • Measurably improve clinical preventative services for all, especially children

The first step in the application process is to submit a Letter of Interest to AllOne Charities [due March 26 by 4:00pm] and that will help determine if proposed programs or projects are invited to submit a full proposal to AllOne Charities.

Full applications to AllOne Charities are by invitation only.

Due Date: March 26, 2018 by 4:00pm.
Invitation to apply will be notified by email.
Full applications due: April 19, 2018.
Notification of approval: May 15, 2018.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must serve citizens in one or more of thirteen counties:

Bradford Lackawanna Monroe Susquehanna Wyoming
Carbon Luzerne Pike Tioga  
Clinton Lycoming Sullivan Wayne  

Applicants must provide proof of tax exempt designation under Section 501(c)(3), as described in Section 509(a) of the IRS Code.

Applicants must employ at least 1 paid staff person. Consecutive year approvals may be considered based on outcome reporting.

Annual fund campaigns
Capital campaigns
Schools, scholarship funds, fundraisers and parent/teacher organizations
Tours, trips, conferences or camps of any kind
Meeting expenses
Requests from individuals
Organizations not open to the general public
Emergency response organizations
Deficit spending or debt liquidation
Political campaigns, candidates or political party activities
