A very successful, if wet, spring race season has come to an end at AllOne Charities as we look forward to several races this summer. AllOne Charities served as the fiscal sponsor for Progressive Rehab’s Walk, Run, Roll 5K in Milford (April 26th), The Miller Mountain Trail Challenge in Tunkhannock (May 10th), May Day in Williamsport (also May 10th), and Scranton School for Deaf & Hard of Hearing’s Run with the Bears and Cub Walk (May 31). Rain, mud and wind did not keep away participants, which is a testament to the host organizations and the causes they support, which range from caring for those with a brain injury to supporting cancer research.
The AllOne Charities summer race lineup is:
- The 42nd Annual Bernie’s Memorial 3 Mile Run/Walk benefitting The Greater Wyoming Valley Area YMCA – July 4, 2025, at the Public Square in Wilkes Barre.
- The 17th Annual Pauly Freidman 5K Family Walk Run benefitting PA 211 NE/Help Line– August 3rd at the JCC in Kingston.
- Allied 5K & All Abilities Walk benefitting children with disabilities in Northeast and North Central PA – September 28th at Valor Field at Scranton Veterans Memorial Stadium.
- The Wyoming Valley Run is a 10-mile road race benefitting Wellness Center of NEPA, Dinner for Kids, The Greater Wyoming Valley Area YMCA, Northeast Sight Services, and Patriots Cove – August 31, 2025, starting in downtown Pittston and ending in downtown Wilkes Barre.
