AllOne Foundation recently presented the Wilkes-Barre City Special Needs Playground committee with a $200,000 grant. These funds will be used for Wilkes-Barre’s second Special Needs Playground which will be located at the Bog, in Miners Mills. The playground will be a place for the community to create a positive, healthy, fun environment, inspiring community members to learn, imagine, and play together.
