Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are community volunteers who serve as the voice of abused and neglected children in the Luzerne and Wyoming County court system so that these children will be safe, secure and given the opportunity to thrive. AllOne Charities granted CASA of Luzerne to expand into Wyoming County. The first advocate is sworn in with Judge Russell Shurtleff presiding.
