MyCIL received $50,000 with $25,000 funding from PNC Bank that was matched by the AllOne Charities Collaborative Philanthropy Fund. With this support, they were able to purchase an accessible van that will enhance their ability to provide outreach and supports throughout the extensive NEPA region, further impacting the lives of individuals with disabilities within our community.

The accessible van increases options for MyCIL to host programs and events for our outlying service area clients, providing more local options and community opportunities. Additionally, the van makes it easier for staff to provide programming, instruction, and outreach to, not just the disability community but, professional organizations wishing to improve the accessibility of their own service offerings.

MyCIL is located at 1142 Sanderson Avenue in Scranton PA. For more information, visit www.MyCIL.org.
