AllOne Foundation & Charities is proud to announce the promotion of Mary Carroll Donahoe to the position of Chief Program Officer and the hiring of Christine Meluskey as the organization’s new Program Officer.  
 
Mary Carroll has worked at AllOne Foundation & Charities for over five years as a critical member of the leadership team. She has helped to develop the organization’s programs including building a robust grantmaking process and forging collaborative partnerships to enhance the fundraising efforts of organizations across Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania.  Prior to her role at AllOne, Mary Carroll was the Executive Director of the Geographical Society of Philadelphia where she directed the operations, fundraising, and strategic direction of the over 200-year-old non-profit. She also served as the Director of Development for United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA and the Executive Director of Scranton Community Concerts, in both roles, she oversaw special event programming and raised significant funding through individual and corporate fundraising. In addition, she is trained in strategic planning and has conducted workshops for local non-profits and spoken at numerous conferences.  

Christine Meluskey, CFRE has been hired as the organization’s new Program Officer and will assist the team with grant management, non-profit partnerships, and signature events. Christine has served as the Director of Annual Giving at both King’s College and the West Chester University Foundation, where she led annual fundraising programs which raised millions of dollars for educational scholarships, programs, and operations. She also served as the Director of Development and Marketing for the Wyoming Valley Children’s Association, where she substantially increased donations, grew special events revenue, and developed highly successful marketing campaigns.
