AllOne Charities recently awarded Supporting Area Families Everyday (SAFE) a $25,000 grant for domestic violence prevention and parenting education in Bradford and Susquehanna County. These funds will support SAFE’s Custody Exchange, Supervised Parenting Time, and Parenting Education programs in Bradford County and assist in launching these programs into Susquehanna County later this year.

Supporting Area Families Everyday (SAFE) is a community collaborative that offers safe custody exchanges, supervised parenting time, and trauma-informed, evidenced-based parenting education to families impacted by abuse, stalking, sexual assault, substance use, and incarceration. “Research shows that children with both parents do better academically, mentally, and emotionally. Through our program, we can ensure the safety of both victims and their children. We can also educate parents who desire to learn how to manage their emotions and parent productively. This would not be possible without the support of organizations like AllOne Charities” shared Heather McNett, Founder and Director of SAFE.
